Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Threadify to delete the personal data we control that’s linked to your account and your Threads connection, use the steps below.
Option 1: Email us (recommended)
Email learn@saintscoaching.com.au with:
- Subject: Threadify Data Deletion Request
- Your Threads username
- The email address you used to sign in to Threadify (if applicable)
If we need to confirm you own the account, we may ask for additional information before deleting anything.
Option 2: Revoke access (then email us)
You can revoke Threadify’s access through Threads/Meta settings (where available). After you revoke access, email us using Option 1 so we can locate and delete any remaining data we still hold.
What we delete
After we verify your request, we delete personal data we control that’s linked to you, which may include:
- Account identifiers (like your email in Threadify)
- Threads connection identifiers (like Threads user ID/username)
- Stored authorization data used to keep your Threads connection working (for example access tokens)
- Drafts and scheduled content stored in Threadify
What we may keep
We may keep limited data if we have a legitimate reason, such as:
- Records we must keep for legal compliance
- Minimal security or abuse-prevention logs
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identifies you
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving them.
