Your AI assistant now works in your own time zone
You can ask your assistant to schedule something for 9am and have it mean 9am where you are.
What changed
- Each assistant connection carries your time zone, and every time it reads or writes uses it.
- You pick the time zone for a connection yourself when you connect or afterwards.
- Times you type into a bug report are stored exactly as you wrote them.
How to use it
Go to your settings and open the connections area, then choose the time zone for the assistant you have connected. From then on, when you say tomorrow morning or next Tuesday at 7, your assistant schedules against your local clock rather than a server clock. Existing connections keep working, so the only thing to do is confirm the time zone shown is the one you live in. If you travel, change it there and future requests follow.
