Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Threadify (the “Service”), available at www.threadify.app. The Service is operated by Saints Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using Threadify, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Threadify

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Threadify. If you’re under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You also must be allowed to use Threads under Threads/Meta’s own terms and policies. If Threads/Meta suspends or restricts your account, Threadify features that depend on Threads may stop working.

2. What Threadify does

Threadify is a tool that helps you create, manage, and prepare content for Threads. Depending on what features are available to you, Threadify may also let you schedule and publish content to Threads after you authorize Threadify through Threads/Meta.

Some features may use automated or AI-assisted drafting tools. You’re always responsible for what you choose to post.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Anything that happens under your account
  • Making sure the information you provide is accurate

You must not share your account in a way that lets someone else misuse the Service.

4. Connecting your Threads account

If you connect your Threads account, you authorize Threadify to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant (for example, publishing content when you instruct it to).

You can revoke Threadify’s access through Threads/Meta settings (where available). If you revoke access, Threadify won’t be able to perform Threads-connected actions.

Threadify isn’t endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta unless explicitly stated by Meta.

5. Your content and responsibility

You own the content you create or upload into Threadify (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Service (for example saving drafts, generating previews, and publishing to Threads when you instruct it to).

You’re responsible for your User Content, including making sure:

  • You have the rights to post it
  • It doesn’t violate laws or third-party rights
  • It complies with Threads/Meta rules and policies

We don’t review everything users create or publish. If you post harmful, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content, that’s on you.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Threadify to:

  • Break any law or regulation
  • Violate Threads/Meta rules, or try to bypass their enforcement
  • Spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive people
  • Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with the Service (for example by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities, or trying to overload systems)
  • Reverse engineer or scrape Threadify in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law

7. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Sometimes a Threads-connected feature can stop working because Threads/Meta changes their systems, permissions, or availability. If that happens, we’ll do what we reasonably can to restore service, but we can’t guarantee it.

8. No guarantees about performance

Threadify can help you draft and publish, but we don’t guarantee results - including reach, engagement, follower growth, revenue, or any algorithm outcome on Threads.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Threadify offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Free trials: If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
  • No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund policies of the respective store apply.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the change.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

10. Termination

You can stop using Threadify at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We believe your use creates risk or harm to users, the Service, or third parties
  • We're required to do so for legal reasons

12. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t make warranties of any kind about reliability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Saints Coaching won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

If the law in your jurisdiction doesn’t allow certain limitations, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree that disputes will be handled in courts located in Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
