A 50% off month if you go to cancel
If you click Manage Subscription to cancel, Threadify asks why and offers 50% off your next billing cycle before letting you go, applied instantly if you accept.
What changed
- A two-step modal intercepting the billing page's Manage Subscription button.
- Accepting applies a real discount to your live subscription, once per account.
How to use it
Manage Subscription sits at the top of the Plans & Billing page in Settings, and only shows once a subscription is attached to your account. Click it, pick one of five reasons, then press Continue.
Accepting keeps you on the same plan and the toast confirms your next renewal date. Declining hands you to the Stripe portal to finish cancelling. The offer is once per account, so it will not appear a second time.
Who gets it
All paid plans. Any paying subscriber sees the offer when they click Manage Subscription in billing settings. It's the same on Creator, Founder and Operator.
