Publishing that finishes: long threads, big queues and old drafts
Hit Publish on a long thread, keep working or close the tab, and it goes out in full with a toast when it lands, instead of hanging or dying halfway.
What changed
- Direct publish moved onto a background job so the request returns immediately and a poller tells you when the post is live.
- A long scheduled thread resumes without duplicating or dropping posts, and a duplicated or repurposed post actually publishes instead of being marked published.
- Retries were switched on for scheduled posts that the queue had been silently dropping, and older text-only drafts publish instead of crashing the worker.
How to use it
Publishing starts in the composer, the screen you land on when you open Threadify. Write or generate your thread, check the post cards, then press Publish, which sits next to Schedule.
A toast confirms the job is queued and tells you a notification follows when the post is live. That notification is a push, so it only reaches you on a device where you have installed the app. Direct publishing is rate-limited to 20 requests an hour, and Auto Plug and Auto Repost apply from Founder up.
Who gets it
All paid plans. Publishing and scheduling stay unlimited on Creator, Founder and Operator. There's no cap on how much you queue.
