Credits come back when a post cannot be sent
You get your credits back automatically when a generation or a publish is refused instead of paying for something you never received.
What changed
- A refused or failed action returns its credits to your balance straight away
- Usage is counted only once the work actually completes
How to use it
You do not need to ask for anything. If a post is rejected by the network, or a generation stops before it finishes, the credits reserved for it return to your balance within moments and the failed attempt is marked in your usage history. Open billing to see your balance and the list of recent activity, where refunds show alongside the action they belong to, so a busy publishing day is easier to reconcile at the end of the month.
Who gets it
All paid plans: Creator ($19) with 300 credits, Founder ($99) with 2,000 and Operator ($199) with 5,000.
