Threadify tells you when Threads disconnects, and reconnecting keeps everything
If your Threads connection breaks you get an email instead of silence, your still-scheduled posts are restored when you reconnect, and nothing you built is wiped in the process.
What changed
- Reconnecting, or moving an account to a different Threadify login, now transfers the account instead of hard-deleting it, so your Brain, analytics, saved items and settings survive.
- A revoked token is detected by a three-gate check and a Meta checkpoint is caught on the publish path, both triggering a reconnect email rather than silent failures.
- A single transient Meta error no longer disconnects you, and a failed connection attempt now names the real reason instead of blaming your account limit.
How to use it
Open Brand settings from the brand switcher. Under Connected accounts, a broken account reads "reconnect needed" in amber, with a Reconnect button beside it. Sign in again and your still-future scheduled posts are re-queued.
Two things worth knowing:
- Posts whose time passed while you were disconnected are marked failed, not sent late.
- If the email names a Meta security checkpoint, clear it at threads.com first. Reconnecting in Threadify alone won't.
Who gets it
On every paid plan. Connected channels cap at Creator 5, Founder 10, Operator 20, and brands at Creator 2, Founder 10, Operator 20.
